Service Agreement
By requesting cleaning services from Home Clean USA, you agree to these terms. We provide eco-friendly, steam-powered residential cleaning services to homeowners in the Minneapolis–St. Paul South Metro area.
Scheduling & Cancellation
Cleaning appointments are scheduled based on availability. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Recurring service plans can be modified or canceled with reasonable notice.
Cleaning Products & Equipment
We provide our own eco-friendly cleaning products and professional equipment, including steam cleaners. Our cleaning approach uses environmentally responsible products and reduces reliance on harsh conventional chemicals.
Liability
Home Clean USA is fully insured. We take care to protect your home and belongings during cleaning. Any concerns should be reported within 48 hours of the cleaning visit.
Pricing
Cleaning quotes are provided based on your home size, cleaning type, and frequency. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins. Prices are subject to change with notice.
